At each of the two seatings (11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 19) our adult guests will be served a sparkling wine cocktail, tea and adult tea fare while the children will have a kid-friendly tea plate, cocoa and a gift from Santa.

If you would like to sit with a specific group, please assign one person to purchase the tickets in a block. We will do our very best to accommodate your request so that you can enjoy the event as a group.

Seating is assigned on a first come first serve basis. We do our best to ensure that there is easy viewing based on the space size and table configuration. If you have special accommodations, please contact us at AlliedArtsEvents@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you directly.

Ballerinas will appear as “living dolls” as the story of The Nutcracker is told. Santa will be in residence and available for photos (bring your camera!/phone!) Carolers will be strolling.

A select number of vendors will be available for Holiday Shopping. The shops at Allied Arts plan to remain open as well.

Yes, you can bring a stroller but we will not have space to accommodate the stroller at your table. There should be room at the back of the room where you can park your stroller for easy access.
